By reserving rental equipment from Occasions AZ, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after acceptance by Occasions AZ.
Rental charges are based on the agreed rental period shown on your reservation. Equipment must be returned or made available for pickup on the scheduled return date.
Customers selecting delivery agree to provide safe and reasonable access for delivery and pickup. Someone 18 years or older should be available if required.
Customers are responsible for rental equipment from the time it is delivered or picked up until it is returned or collected by Occasions AZ.
Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or misuse of rented equipment.
Cancellation policies, deposits, and refunds will be handled according to the reservation agreement provided at the time of booking.
Outdoor events are the customer’s responsibility. Unless otherwise stated in writing, weather-related cancellations or changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Equipment should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Reasonable cleaning is included; excessive dirt, stains, food residue, tape, wax, glitter, paint, or other damage may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
Payment terms, deposits, and any remaining balances are due as specified on your reservation or invoice.
Occasions AZ is not responsible for injuries, property damage, delays, weather events, power outages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
